What You’ll Do
As a Digital Marketing Technologist working with our Confidential Client, you will translate marketing needs into scalable technical solutions that enable brand-building and measurable business outcomes. You will combine hands-on delivery, data-driven insight, and partnership across business, IT, vendor, and agency teams to design, build, and operate marketing technology capabilities.
- Execute the build, deployment, adoption, and operation of brand-building IT applications, products, and foundational technologies.
- Deliver business outcomes through analytics, data-driven insights, and marketing technology services and programs.
- Influence technology, data, and architecture decisions to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business priorities.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and roadmaps, and drive adoption of new capabilities.
- Incubate, develop, operate, and scale new capabilities while documenting processes and codifying best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, analytics, engineering, vendors, and agencies) to deliver integrated solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of marketing technology stacks including CRM and media systems, data management platforms (DMPs), and digital analytics tools.
- Experience translating complex technical concepts into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to influence technical and architectural decisions.
- Hands-on experience with implementation, operation, and scaling of marketing technology products.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule in a Boston, MA-based office.
Preferred / nice-to-have:
- Experience with tag management, CDPs, or customer data platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud services, APIs, and modern data pipelines.
- Prior collaboration with agencies and third-party vendors on marketing-technology projects.
Compensation & Benefits
- Visible pay range for this role: $85,000 - $122,200 per year (range provided by the Confidential Client).
- Total rewards may include base salary, bonus (if applicable), and benefits; actual pay depends on factors such as location, role level, experience, and credentials.

Location & Schedule
- This is a full-time position. The role requires the ability to work a hybrid schedule out of a Boston, MA-based office.
