Overview

Confidential Client is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist - Account Manager to join an on-site team in York, PA. This role blends client-facing account management with hands-on digital marketing execution (SEO, PPC, analytics and AI-driven search visibility). Ideal candidates have 1+ years of SEO/digital marketing experience (or 2+ years in a marketing role), strong communication skills, and comfort using modern marketing tools — including AI-assisted workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients — build trust, present recommendations, and maintain strong client retention.
• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies (SEO, AI search visibility, PPC) that align with client goals.
• Manage paid search budgets across major search engines and optimize campaigns for ROI.
• Perform on-page SEO and recommend technical or content changes to improve organic visibility.
• Oversee web page and content updates; ensure functionality and content accuracy.
• Analyze campaign performance in Google Analytics and internal reporting tools; translate data into actionable recommendations and client reports.
• Lead keyword research, competitive analysis, and A/B/usability testing to improve conversion and UX.
• Present insights and performance updates clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.

Who You Are / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (all majors welcome).
• Minimum 1 year experience in SEO/digital marketing, or 2 years in a marketing role.
• GPA 3.4 or above (per original posting).
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable with Excel / Google Suite.
• Confident using AI tools to support research, content optimization, and reporting.
• General knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, HTML, and SEO best practices.
• Agency experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated, dependable, analytical, creative, and eager to learn.
