What You’ll Do
Support digital campaign execution across channels to increase brand visibility, improve candidate engagement, and drive lead generation for recruitment and staffing initiatives.
- Support development and execution of recruitment-focused digital marketing strategies
- Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO to improve organic search visibility
- Assist in managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads — search, display) and paid social
- Create and schedule content: blog posts, job marketing copy, social posts, and basic visuals
- Maintain social media platforms, content calendars, and audience engagement
- Assist with email marketing — newsletters, drip campaigns, candidate outreach workflows
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and reporting tools
- Analyze performance, prepare insights, and recommend optimizations to improve conversion and ROI
- Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to boost results
- Support marketing automation workflows and segmentation for lead nurturing
- Conduct competitive research on recruitment marketing trends and staffing strategies
- Help track budgets and campaign KPIs; ensure campaigns follow brand and advertising compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or equivalent experience
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals; experience or interest in recruitment marketing preferred
- Basic exposure to SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social platforms
- Strong writing, editing, and content-creation skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and performance metrics
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing methodologies
- Familiarity with CRM systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Digital marketing certifications (Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint)
- Experience supporting recruitment marketing, employer branding, or talent acquisition campaigns
Compensation & Location
- Salary: $60,000 per year
- Employment type: Full-time

About the Role
