What You’ll Do
- Execute, optimize and report on digital recruitment campaigns to drive qualified applicant volume and improve cost-per-application.
- Manage paid advertising across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, including audience setup, bidding, and creative testing.
- Build and maintain email marketing workflows and nurture sequences to increase candidate engagement and re-engagement.
- Update website content through the CMS and support landing page creation and A/B tests for recruitment funnels.
- Run CRM-based recruitment marketing campaigns and support segmentation and automation in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare weekly reports and actionable recommendations using analytics tools and Excel.
- Create on-brand visuals and assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or Figma for ads, email, and social.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align messaging and employer-brand initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 0–1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing, recruitment marketing, or online advertising.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- Practical experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms and basic HTML/content updates.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and an analytical mindset.
- Comfort working with metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA) and tracking campaign performance.
- Basic design skills in Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or Figma.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment and support multiple hiring campaigns.

- Experience with SEO strategies and AI-powered SEO tools.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), and audience segmentation.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $65,000 – $75,000 annually.
