About the Role

Confidential Client is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist - Account Manager to join their marketing account management team. This is an on-site, full-time role based in Lancaster, PA. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of SEO/digital marketing experience (or 2 years in a marketing role), strong client-facing skills, and a desire to grow with a high-performing digital marketing agency. Training will be provided to develop technical and campaign skills.


Who You Are / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (all majors welcome)
  • GPA: 3.4 or above (as posted)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in SEO/digital marketing, or 2 years in a marketing role
  • Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Presentation experience
  • Agency experience is a plus

Tools & technical familiarity:

  • Excel / Google Suite
  • Comfortable using AI tools
  • General knowledge of SEO and AI search visibility
  • General knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics
  • Basic understanding of HTML

What You’ll Do

Client relationship management (about 40% of time)

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients
  • Provide proactive insights, recommendations, and tactical guidance to help clients reach goals
  • Build long-term relationships and maintain strong client retention

Marketing campaign strategy & execution (about 35% of time)

  • Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies, including SEO, AI search visibility, and PPC
  • Manage paid search campaigns and budgets across major search engines; optimize for performance and ROI
  • Execute on-page SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and qualified traffic
  • Coordinate web page design and content updates to ensure functionality and accuracy

Performance analysis & reporting (about 15% of time)

  • Analyze campaign and website performance using Google Analytics and internal reporting tools
  • Translate analytics and market research into actionable optimization recommendations
  • Prepare and present regular reports that demonstrate ROI and next steps

Marketing research & testing (about 10% of time)

  • Lead keyword research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Plan and run A/B and usability tests to boost conversion rates and improve user experience
