The Role (summary)
Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist to plan, build, launch, test, and report on email-first, cross-channel campaigns that drive acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and win‑back across B2B (shops, merchants, partners) and B2C (drivers). You’ll work with the Director of Marketing, Product Owners / Business Unit Leads, and MarTech to turn stakeholder requests into measurable campaigns, and use AI tools responsibly to speed production and analysis.
What You’ll Do
Planning
- Build and support the B2B and B2C campaign calendar aligned to product launches and business goals
- Turn stakeholder requests into campaign plans with clear audiences, goals, and KPIs
- Research target segments and define the right audiences for each campaign
- Build and optimize campaigns across the customer lifecycle: awareness, conversion, onboarding, engagement, retention, and win‑back
Creative & Copy
- Write subject lines, preheaders, body copy, and CTAs in the Confidential Client brand voice
- Design and build responsive emails using brand templates and guidelines
- Adapt campaign content for social and other digital channels as needed
- Create content that retains customers, builds trust, and strengthens long‑term relationships
Execution & Operations
- Build, QA, and deploy campaigns and automated journeys in the email service provider (ESP)
- Manage lists, segmentation, list hygiene, suppression, and deliverability basics
- Coordinate with MarTech on tracking, data, and integrations
- Follow email and text compliance requirements (CAN‑SPAM, TCPA, consent) and Confidential Client data‑handling policies
Testing & Measurement
- Set campaign goals and KPIs; run A/B tests on subject lines, content, send times, and offers
- Compile and report results across channels and recommend data‑driven improvements
- Use web analytics to track traffic, user behavior, and campaign attribution
- Apply basic SEO best practices to landing pages and web content to drive qualified traffic
Social Support
- Assist with social content planning, scheduling, and posting when needed
- Support integrated campaigns across email, social, and web
AI & Automation
- Use approved AI tools to draft and iterate copy, develop concepts, and produce assets faster
- Build AI-assisted workflows, templates, and prompts to streamline planning, production, QA, and reporting
- Use AI for analysis: segmentation ideas, test hypotheses, and performance insights
- Document repeatable processes and share AI best practices
- Use AI responsibly—human review required before publishing and strict adherence to brand and data policies
Qualifications (What You Bring)
- 0–2 years related experience in digital, email, or campaign marketing (internships and freelance count), B2B and/or B2C
- Self-starter who can manage campaigns end‑to‑end with growing independence
- Strong copywriting skills and basic design ability (Figma, Canva, Claude Design, or similar)
- Comfort with A/B testing, campaign metrics, and reporting
- Organized and able to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) responsibly in day‑to‑day work
- Curious and quick to adopt new tools, with the judgment to apply human review where needed
Nice to Have
- Experience with ESPs or marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Iterable, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (preferred, not required)
- Background in fintech, payments, or automotive
- SMS/push campaign experience and familiarity with social scheduling tools (Sprout, Hootsuite)
- Web analytics (Google Analytics) and basic SEO skills
- Basic HTML/CSS for email templates
- Experience building automations or AI agents (custom GPTs, Claude Projects, etc.)
What Success Looks Like (Year 1)
- 60 days: Ramped on platforms and brand; running first campaigns independently
- 6 months: Consistent testing cadence, performance reporting, and AI‑assisted production workflows
- 12 months: Measurable lift in engagement and conversion across B2B and B2C

- Pay: USD 53,800–68,900 per year (as provided by the client)
