Role Overview
This contract, hybrid opportunity (in-office Tue–Thu) is with a Confidential Client operating in the Consumer Brands (CPG) space. The Digital & Integrated Marketing Associate will support execution across digital, omnichannel retailer, social and shopper marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on, early-career role with exposure to brand activation, creative coordination, marketing operations and event support. The position may convert to full-time based on performance and business needs.
Core Responsibilities
Digital, Omnichannel & Retailer Marketing
- Manage digital shelf and retailer content (product copy, imagery, digital assets, syndicated content).
- Coordinate retailer content needs for product launches, promotions and seasonal initiatives.
- Update brand website content and ensure consistent representation across consumer and retailer touchpoints.
- Support omnichannel retailer activations and shopper-facing programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to align consumer programs with retailer activations.
Integrated Marketing & Brand Activation
- Assist in executing integrated campaigns across consumer, shopper, retail, digital, social and media channels.
- Maintain marketing calendars, milestones and deliverables for assigned initiatives.
- Coordinate shopper marketing programs, sampling, retailer activations and brand experiences.
- Support trade shows and customer events: logistics, branded materials, samples, onsite coordination and recaps.
- Help prepare marketing briefs, project kickoffs and campaign timelines.
Social Engagement & Creative Coordination
- Coordinate social content schedules, approvals and asset requests.
- Monitor social trends and competitive activity to identify engagement opportunities.
- Review creative for brand consistency and accuracy; work with agencies during development and execution.
- Assist with consumer response coordination with Consumer Affairs, Quality and brand stakeholders.
Marketing Operations & Asset Management
- Maintain marketing asset libraries, DAM systems and SharePoint for assigned brands.
- Coordinate creative routing, approvals and final asset delivery.
- Keep marketing documentation and project trackers current to support efficient execution.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve ways of working.
Insights, Reporting & Team Support
- Monitor competitor activity, category trends and new product launches.
- Assist with campaign performance tracking and post-program recaps.
- Prepare presentations, project updates and materials for internal and customer-facing meetings.
- Support portfolio and project management tasks across Consumer Brands.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field.
- 0–2 years professional experience preferred; strong internship, co-op or agency experience valued.
- Experience in CPG/consumer brands, or working across multiple projects and stakeholders is a plus.
Skills & Capabilities
- Digitally curious with interest in emerging platforms and consumer behavior.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset; comfortable working cross-functionally and with external partners.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience with social platforms and familiarity with content publishing and performance reporting preferred.
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS preferred.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, basic asset edits a plus.
- Familiarity with retailer content syndication, digital shelf, DAM or PM platforms helpful.
- Valid driver’s license required; occasional travel and onsite event support required.
Location & Employment Type
- Hybrid — in-office Tuesday–Thursday in New Holland, PA (on-site presence required those days).
- Contract (with opportunity to convert to full-time based on performance and business needs).
