Position Overview
Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Digital Fundraising Strategist to support digital fundraising programs (email, SMS, and online fundraising). This is a full-time, hybrid role based in State Farm, VA. This role is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want hands-on experience building fundraising copy, executing campaigns, and measuring results in a political consulting and media environment.
- Salary: $50,000–$60,000 per year (reported)

What You’ll Do
- Assist with drafting persuasive fundraising copy for email and SMS campaigns
- Support execution of digital fundraising pushes and campaign workflows
- Coordinate timelines, approvals, and deliverables with internal teams and vendors
- Help prepare performance tracking and client-facing reports
- Monitor political news and messaging trends to inform fundraising content
- Learn and apply best practices for donor acquisition, retention, and segmentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong written communication and proofreading skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Interest in Republican politics and conservative causes (role operates in a conservative political environment)
- Eagerness to learn new digital tools, platforms, and fundraising strategies
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Internship or entry-level experience in politics, marketing, or communications
- Familiarity with digital fundraising, email platforms, or SMS fundraising
- Exposure to WinRed or similar fundraising platforms
- Experience using Canva or other basic graphic/design tools
