Role Overview
Confidential Client (IT) is hiring a Digital Enablement Analyst for an initial 6-month, onsite contract in Wrightsville Beach, NC. This is an entry-level / early-career technical role focused on maintaining digital tools, preparing and cleaning data for reporting and analytics, and supporting BI/reporting workflows and practical AI use. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Only W2 candidates will be considered. Local candidates preferred.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and enhance internal digital tools and dashboards.
- Prepare, clean, and validate datasets for reporting, analytics, and AI workflows.
- Support BI reporting and custom in-house applications (data upkeep, deployment, troubleshooting).
- Assist with testing, rollout, and ongoing support of reporting and automation features.
- Drive process improvements that reduce manual work for project and technical leads.
- Document data definitions and help standardize reporting workflows.
Qualifications
- Entry-level role: bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- If no bachelor’s degree, minimum 2 years of relevant experience required.
- Resumes must show strong technical comfort with datasets and dashboards.
- Exposure or interest in AI applications is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity or exposure to Python, SQL, and/or Power BI is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Ideal Background
- B.S. in a technical discipline preferred (Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, etc.).
- Good fit for recent grads or early-career professionals in data analytics, information systems, industrial/systems engineering, operations research, or business analytics.
- Comfortable working with BI/reporting tools, structured workflows, and small-scale application support.
- Curious, organized, and motivated by practical problem solving in a technical environment.

Logistics & Compensation
- Location: Onsite — Wrightsville Beach, NC (local candidates preferred).
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM.
- Employment type: Contract (initial 6 months, possible extension). Only W2 candidates; third-party/C2C contractors will not be considered.
- Pay: $33.65 per hour.
Interview Process
Initial phone screen with the hiring manager, followed by one or more panel interviews with project and technical stakeholders.
