Position overview

Confidential Client (via Careertakes) is hiring a Digital Enablement Analyst to support internal digital tools, BI/reporting, data quality, process improvements, and the practical application of AI. This is an onsite role in Wrightsville Beach, NC (local candidates preferred). The position is a W2 contract (initial 6 months, possible extension) and may offer conversion for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve internal digital tools, dashboards, and project-related datasets.
• Prepare, clean, and validate data for reporting, analytics, and AI-driven workflows.
• Support BI reporting pipelines and help troubleshoot dashboard and automation issues.
• Assist with testing, rollout, and user support for reporting and reporting automation.
• Implement process improvements that reduce manual work for project and technical leads.
• Support development and deployment of custom in-house applications and BI solutions.
• Document data schemas, reporting workflows, and change-management steps.

Qualifications (Required)

• Entry-level role: bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. If no bachelor’s, minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Resume must demonstrate hands-on technical experience with datasets and dashboards.
• Comfortable working with structured data, ETL/cleanup tasks, and report maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate data over time.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; local candidates preferred due to onsite requirement.

Preferred / Helpful Skills

• Exposure to Python, SQL, Power BI, or similar BI/reporting tools.
• Interest in applying AI to business or technical workflows.
• Background in a technical discipline (Engineering, IS, CS, Data Analytics, Industrial/Systems Engineering, Operations Research, Business Analytics).
• Curiosity about automation, process improvement, and practical problem solving.

Logistics & Compensation

• Location: Onsite — Wrightsville Beach, NC (local candidates preferred).
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Employment type: Contract (W2 required) — Full-time hours expected.
• Duration: Initial 6 months with possibility to extend; conversion possible but not guaranteed.
• Compensation: Up to $33.65 per hour (W2). Exact rate offered may vary based on experience and internal policies.
• Note: Third-party or C2C candidates will not be considered.
