What You’ll Do

This is an entry-level digital electronics role on engineering teams that design digital circuit cards, electronic assemblies, FPGAs, and radar processing systems. You will work alongside senior engineers to develop hardware and integrate it into complex systems.

  • Partner with senior engineers to design digital hardware for radar and signal-processing systems
  • Support validation and verification testing of digital hardware and FPGA designs
  • Integrate digital hardware and firmware into larger radar systems and test environments
  • Help develop test plans, run lab validation, and document test results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software, mechanical, test, and systems engineers) throughout design, prototype, and production phases

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field
  • Knowledge or hands-on experience with VHDL, Verilog, or digital circuit design
  • Familiarity with MATLAB and/or C programming
  • Understanding of circuit analysis and basic digital electronics concepts
  • U.S. citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • ABET-accredited degree (preferred but not required)
  • Cumulative GPA ~3.0 or higher (desired)
  • Experience with digital signal processing (DSP)
  • Experience with SPICE simulation tools
  • Experience with PCB/CAD tools such as Xpedition, Allegro, or OrCAD
  • Prior FPGA implementation or radar-related project experience

Security Clearance & Eligibility

This position requires eligibility for a U.S. government security clearance. Candidates must be U.S. citizens. An active DoD Secret security clearance is required at time of hire (active/ existing clearance required). The successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for the role.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range (good-faith estimate): $57,200 – $108,800 per year.
  • Benefits (may vary by business unit): medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, employee assistance programs, parental leave, paid time off, and holiday pay.
  • May be eligible for relocation assistance and short- or long-term incentive programs depending on level and business unit.

Location & Work Arrangement

  • Primary work location: Onsite in Tewksbury, MA or Marlborough, MA. Onsite presence may be required for select interview steps.
  • This role is primarily onsite and supports production, testing, and integration efforts that require in-person lab and hardware access.
