What You’ll Do
Partner with senior team members to design, test, and integrate digital electronics used in radar and signal-processing systems. This is an entry-level engineering role on a cross-functional team; typical responsibilities include:
- Partner with senior engineers to design digital hardware (FPGA/ASIC logic, boards, and assemblies) that support radar and signal-processing systems
- Support hardware validation and lab testing for digital circuit cards and electronic assemblies
- Integrate digital hardware into larger radar systems and participate in system-level bring-up
- Develop or review VHDL/Verilog for FPGA implementations and contribute to RTL verification activities
- Run bench tests, capture/interpret test data, and troubleshoot hardware and firmware interactions
- Collaborate across mechanical, firmware, RF, and software teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Document designs, test plans, and test results following program and security requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must meet all of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related STEM field
- Experience or coursework in VHDL and/or Verilog and basic circuit design
- Experience or coursework in MATLAB and/or C programming
- Familiarity with circuit analysis and digital logic fundamentals
- U.S. citizenship is required (role involves access to government-restricted facilities and information)
- Active DoD Secret security clearance required (must have active clearance or meet stated requirement to have clearance effective day 1)

Preferred Qualifications
The following will strengthen your application:
- Degree from an ABET-accredited program (preferred)
- Cumulative GPA ≥ 3.0
- Experience with digital signal processing (DSP) concepts and implementations
- Hands-on use of SPICE or other circuit simulation tools
- Experience with PCB/CAD tools such as Xpedition, Allegro, or OrCAD
- Experience with high-speed digital electronics, timing, and signal integrity
- Prior academic or internship experience designing FPGA-based systems
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $57,200 — $108,800 USD per year (good-faith estimate representing all experience levels; final offers consider role, experience, location, and skills)
