What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Digital Content Coordinator to support social-first storytelling across Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels for Men’s Lacrosse, Women’s Lacrosse, and Field Hockey categories. You will partner with the Director of Marketing, Sport Coordinators, and external brand stewards to capture, edit, schedule, and optimize content that reflects brand standards and drives engagement.

• Identify trending formats and content ideas on Instagram and TikTok and adapt them for Confidential Client’s voice and audience
• Produce, film, and edit short-form and long-form video using lightweight tools (iPhone, in-app editors) and professional tools (camera, Adobe Premiere)
• Use analytics to measure content performance and iterate on creative approaches to grow engagement and enrollment
• Monitor conversations across social channels and sport communities to find timely opportunities for brand participation
• Systemize content collection from athletes, retailers, and partners; manage intake and asset organization
• Maintain and execute the Content Calendar in alignment with product launches and the Broadcast Calendar
• Solicit creative briefs, follow creative direction, and obtain approvals from the Director of Marketing prior to publication

Skills & Tools

• Video production & editing (mobile-first and desktop workflows)
• Social media publishing and community monitoring (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook)
• Basic graphic design and layout skills for social assets
• Familiarity with analytics tools and using data to inform creative choices
• Comfortable with both in-app editing tools and Adobe Premiere (or similar)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
• 1–2 years experience in digital content creation, social media, or related communications roles
• Demonstrated ability to capture and produce engaging short-form video
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction
• Coachable, collaborative, and able to manage multiple content streams concurrently
• Preferred: experience in sports communications or personal experience playing lacrosse or field hockey

Work Location & Travel

• On-site presence required at Confidential Client’s Baltimore, MD headquarters.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and to work irregular hours as needed for events, shoots, and launches.

Compensation

• Base salary: $48,000 - $55,000 per year (range disclosed by Confidential Client)
• This position is Full-time. Additional benefits and total compensation details will be provided by Confidential Client during the interview process.
