Overview

Confidential Client is seeking a Digital Assurance & Transparency (DAT) — Tech Associate (Summer/Fall 2027 cohort) to join their Assurance practice in Florham Park, NJ. This entry-level role focuses on data, analytics, and technology solutions that support audit and assurance engagements. You will contribute to client-facing projects, support ERP and IT-control initiatives, and help improve trust and transparency in financial and non-financial reporting.

• Support client engagements by contributing to data, analytics, and technology solutions.
• Assist with ERP integrations to enhance business processes and data flows.
• Participate in development and implementation of IT controls to maintain data integrity.

Qualifications (What You Must Have)

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer & Information Science, Information Technology, Business Administration/Management, or a closely related field.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Entry-level / client service associate candidates should have completed or be in the final academic year of degree requirements.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Preferred (What Sets You Apart)

• Overall GPA of 3.5 or higher.
• Meeting the educational requirements to sit for the CPA exam in the intended state of employment or the educational requirements for CISA licensure before starting full-time.
• Experience or coursework in ERP systems, IT controls, or business process improvement.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and an interest in leveraging AI to create efficiencies.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, teamwork, and a growth mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $53,500 - $104,000 (actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws).
• Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
• Typical benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and personal/family sick leave. (Benefits may vary by client and role.)
