What You’ll Do

• Support client engagements by applying auditing methodologies and assessing IT controls to improve financial reporting and accuracy
• Assist in process assurance, risk identification, and remediation activities to strengthen control environments
• Use AI and data-analytics platforms to increase efficiency in audit procedures and evidence collection
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold compliance, governance, and IT control standards
• Participate in evaluating internal controls and help develop IT governance frameworks that support operational efficiency
• Listen actively to client needs and contribute tailored solutions that address technical and business risks
• Apply intellectual curiosity to research and propose innovative approaches for client challenges
• Help identify and mitigate potential risks across client operations and reporting processes
• Build foundational knowledge in digital assurance practices to support professional development and client outcomes

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer & Information Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field
• Minimum overall GPA: 3.0 (preferred: 3.5)
• Before beginning full-time employment, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment OR meet the educational requirements for CISA licensure
• Entry-level / client service associate: candidates will have completed or be in the final academic year of study toward degree completion
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams
• Interest in leveraging AI and analytics in audit and assurance work

• Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies and audit approaches
• Experience or coursework using data analytics, scripting, or AI tools to automate tasks or analyze large datasets
• Understanding of IT governance, internal controls, and risk identification techniques
• Ability to collaborate, practice active listening, and deliver client-focused outcomes
• Previous internship or project experience in assurance, audit, or IT controls (helpful but not required)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $53,500 - $104,000 per year. Actual pay will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will comply with applicable employment laws.
• Eligible employees may also receive an annual discretionary bonus and a benefits package that typically includes medical, dental, vision, retirement savings, paid holidays, and paid time off (specific benefits determined by the hiring organization).
