What You’ll Do
Join a Confidential Client as a Digital Assurance & Transparency (DAT) Associate and support assurance engagements that improve financial reporting, IT controls, and regulatory compliance. You will work with client teams to apply auditing methodologies, leverage AI-enabled tools to streamline testing, and help design and evaluate IT governance frameworks that reduce risk and improve operational effectiveness.
- Support client engagements by applying auditing methodologies and IT control testing
- Use AI platforms and analytics to increase audit efficiency and insight
- Assist in process assurance, risk identification, and remediation tracking
- Participate in evaluation and documentation of internal controls for financial reporting
- Contribute to IT governance and compliance efforts across client environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, practicing active listening to align solutions to client needs
- Apply intellectual curiosity to propose innovative, practical solutions for client challenges
- Build foundational knowledge in digital assurance and related technologies
What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer & Information Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
- Meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment or the educational requirements for CISA licensure prior to starting full-time
- Entry-level / client service associate candidates will be in the final academic year or have recently completed academic requirements
What Sets You Apart
- GPA of 3.5 or higher (preferred)
- Experience or strong interest in applying AI / automation to audit and assurance workflows
- Familiarity with auditing methodologies, IT controls, and IT governance frameworks
- Strong teamwork, communication, and active listening skills
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quickly in ambiguous situations
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $53,500 - $104,000 (actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable laws)
- Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
- Benefits typically include medical, dental, vision, retirement (401k), paid time off, and other employee programs — specifics depend on the Confidential Client and location

This position is based in Atlanta, GA (onsite / client-facing as required).
