What You’ll Do

This entry-level Digital Assurance & Transparency (DAT) Associate role supports client engagements that improve financial reporting, IT controls, and digital audit capabilities. Working on assurance-focused projects, you will apply auditing methodologies, help evaluate internal controls, and use AI and automation platforms to increase efficiency and insight.

  • Support client engagements by applying auditing methodologies and IT controls
  • Develop process-assurance skills and identify risks impacting financial reporting
  • Use AI platforms and automation tools to streamline assurance tasks
  • Collaborate with client teams to uphold compliance, governance, and internal control standards
  • Participate in evaluations of internal controls and IT governance frameworks
  • Assist in risk identification and mitigation within client operations
  • Apply intellectual curiosity to research innovative solutions and strengthen client outcomes
  • Build foundational technical knowledge in digital assurance to support accurate financial reporting

What You Must Have

  • Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer & Information Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field
  • At least a 3.0 overall GPA
  • Meet the educational requirements to sit for the CPA exam (in your intended state of employment) or the educational requirements for CISA licensure before starting full time
  • Entry-level / client service associate candidates will have completed or be in their final academic year

What Sets You Apart (Preferred)

  • Overall GPA of 3.5 or higher
  • Demonstrated interest or experience using AI to create efficiencies in audit-related workflows
  • Strong intellectual curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and eagerness to learn
  • Familiarity with auditing methodologies, IT governance, and internal controls
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and active listening skills
  • Experience or coursework in risk identification, compliance, or process improvement

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $53,500 - $104,000 per year (actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and location; all hires eligible for discretionary bonus)
  • Typical benefits (subject to the client’s benefits package): medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave — details provided by the client during hiring
