What You’ll Do

You will join a Digital Assurance & Transparency (DAT) team focused on applying Generative AI and data engineering to business assurance problems. In this entry-level Associate role you’ll work on client engagements, learn how to deliver technical solutions, and contribute to building AI-driven products that increase trust in financial and non-financial data.

• Develop and implement AI-powered contact-center and client-facing solutions to improve customer interactions and operational efficiency
• Deploy and manage models using Azure AI Services and Google Vertex AI
• Apply data science techniques to analyze complex datasets and surface actionable insights
• Integrate machine learning and natural language processing into client projects
• Perform prompt engineering to optimize LLM outputs for specific use cases
• Build and refine AI applications using Python
• Conduct LLM evaluation and apply LLMOps practices to monitor and govern models in production
• Support client engagements with technical expertise in generative AI and related tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions

Qualifications

What you must have:

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data/Analytics/Science, Artificial Intelligence & Robotics, Applied Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or a closely related field
• At least a 3.0 overall GPA
• This role is entry-level—applicants should have completed or be in the final academic year of their degree program

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Overall GPA of 3.5 or higher
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services and Google Vertex AI
• Familiarity with LangChain, LLM APIs, and prompt engineering
• Experience or coursework in Generative AI, machine learning, or LLM evaluation
• Strong Python programming skills
• Intellectual curiosity, active listening, and proven teamwork in client-facing or project environments

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $53,500 - $104,000 per year (actual compensation depends on skills, experience, and location; all hires are eligible for discretionary bonus where applicable)
• Benefits: health, dental, vision, retirement plan, paid holidays, vacation and sick leave, and other standard benefits offered by our client
