Overview
Confidential Client (Healthcare & Nursing) is hiring a full-time Dietitian, PT to provide clinical nutrition services at a facility in Woolsey, GA. In this role you will deliver nutrition assessment, develop modified diet plans, provide self-management training and nutrition interventions, and support high-quality patient outcomes. What You’ll Do
- Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans
- Formulate and implement modified diets and therapeutic meal plans
- Provide patient and family education on nutrition and self-management
- Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes in the medical record
- Collaborate with nursing, physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain patient satisfaction
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to nutrition services
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field required
- Registered Dietitian (Commission on Dietetic Registration) required upon hire
- Current licensure as a Dietitian in the State of Georgia required upon hire
- 1 year of dietitian experience preferred (entry-level candidates with required credentials will be considered)
- Strong communication and patient-education skills
- Ability to work in a clinical, patient-facing environment and collaborate across teams
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated pay: $62,662 per year (estimated)
