Overview
Confidential Client (Healthcare & Nursing) is seeking a full-time Dietitian to deliver clinical nutrition services at their Stockbridge, GA location. This role focuses on nutrition assessment, modified diet formulation, patient education and nutrition intervention to support positive patient outcomes and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical nutrition services including nutrition assessment, diagnosis, and individualized care planning.
- Formulate and implement modified diets and nutrition interventions for patients/residents.
- Deliver self-management training and nutrition education to patients and families.
- Monitor, document, and evaluate patient outcomes; adjust plans of care as needed.
- Ensure patient satisfaction and quality of care while following regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to coordinate nutrition-related care.
- Maintain accurate records and support good public relations through professional, compassionate care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
- Registered Dietitian credential via the Commission on Dietetic Registration is required.
- Current licensure to practice as a Dietitian in the State of Georgia (GA) is required.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome; minimum one (1) year of dietitian experience preferred.
- Strong communication and patient-education skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical environment.
