What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking a full-time Dietitian to provide nutrition assessment, care planning, and support for patients and residents. This is a day shift position based in Hopelawn, NJ. You will work collaboratively with clinical teams to deliver evidence-based nutrition care and help improve patient outcomes.

• Conduct basic nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide nutrition education to patients, families, and staff
• Monitor and document patient progress and nutrition-related outcomes
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate nutrition into care plans
• Follow policies, procedures and business practices aligned with the organization’s mission and values

Responsibilities

• Perform nutrition screening and assessments for assigned caseload
• Create and implement nutrition care plans and follow-up as needed
• Document findings and interventions accurately in the medical record
• Participate in nutrition-focused rounds and interdisciplinary meetings
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and facility standards

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
• Entry-level experience; clinical or acute care experience is a plus
• Proficient with basic PC skills and standard applications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Acute care clinical experience or related experience
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment

---

Licenses & Certifications

• Must obtain Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential within 60 days of hire (required)

Compensation & Benefits

• Minimum posted pay: $69,534.40 annually (posted as a good-faith estimate in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act). The starting pay may vary based on experience, education, certifications, and other non-discriminatory factors.
