About the Role

Confidential Client is hiring a Dietician (Registered Dietitian / RD-eligible) to join a multidisciplinary behavioral-health team in Wickenburg, AZ. This clinical nutrition role focuses on care for clients recovering from eating disorders and requires collaboration with medical, clinical, and operations staff to deliver HAES-informed, recovery-focused nutrition programming.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $60,000 – $78,000 per year
• Estimated midpoint: ~$71,348/year (source estimate)
• $15,000 retention bonus (paid per company policy)

Schedule & Location

• Location: Wickenburg, AZ (on-site work required)
• Schedule: Hybrid — 4 on-site days and 1 virtual day per week

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-campus meal production and ensure accurate documentation
• Ensure nutritional services comply with established clinical standards and state regulations
• Conduct nutrition assessments and monitor clients’ nutrition intake and progress
• Participate actively in treatment-team planning and development of Master Treatment Plans
• Collaborate with clinical, medical, and operations staff to maintain safe, therapeutic food environments
• Provide education and behavior-focused interventions consistent with recovery goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus Registered Dietitian credential (RD) OR Master’s degree with ability to obtain required state licensure within the employer’s timeframe
• Eligible to sit for the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) exam (or credentialed as RD)
• At least one year of healthcare experience (internship experience acceptable); psychiatric/behavioral health experience preferred
• CPR/BLS certification (must have or obtain before starting)
• Strong computer and documentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to client-centered, non-weight-focused care and team-based clinical practice
