What You’ll Do
This is an entry-level Development Administrator role supporting execution of development projects within a digital infrastructure / data center environment. You will execute well-defined tasks, maintain project records, and help keep projects organized and on schedule.
- Support execution of development projects by completing clearly defined tasks under direction
- Assist in maintaining project schedules, logs, trackers, and documentation repositories
- Collect, validate, and input project data (budgets, timelines, vendor information, reporting updates)
- Participate in team meetings and provide status updates on assigned tasks
- Coordinate basic communications with internal stakeholders to gather or share information
- Escalate risks, delays, or inconsistencies to more senior team members promptly
- Support vendor and contractor coordination activities (e.g., scheduling, document collection)
- Ensure documentation is accurate, organized, and compliant with established standards
- Follow defined processes, tools, and safety/compliance requirements
- Continuously build knowledge of construction, logistics, and the project lifecycle
Qualifications
Basic requirements to be successful in this role:
- 0–2 years relevant experience (entry-level)
- Basic computer skills (Excel and common project/scheduling systems)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a project support role
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Other helpful / preferred skills:
- Exposure to construction, logistics, or facilities environments
- Experience with project tracking or collaboration tools
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Learning agility and a proactive mindset
