What You’ll Do

As a Deployment Support Integrator (Level 1) with our confidential client, you will support deployed aircraft sustainment and mission readiness. You will work on the F‑35 Deployment Support Team as a systems integrator, coordinating engineering, logistics, and operations to rapidly resolve issues that impact aircraft availability.

• Manage life‑cycle sustainment tasks to return Aircraft on Ground (AOG) to Full Mission Capable (FMC).
• Coordinate cross‑functional troubleshooting and corrective action with engineering, supply chain, maintenance, and external customers.
• Track, analyze, and report technical and logistics data to inform rapid decisions.
• Monitor performance metrics, assess risk, and deliver clear status updates to stakeholders.
• Support deployment logistics planning, parts provisioning (including ERP/SAP systems), and sustainment improvements.
• Apply continuous‑improvement principles to reduce downtime and streamline processes.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline — OR equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated experience interpreting technical data and producing data‑driven solutions.
• Experience with project management: managing cost, schedule, budgets, and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented approach.

Desired / Preferred Skills

• Direct experience supporting military service operations or interfacing with mission stakeholders.
• Experience developing and reporting performance metrics and status reporting.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems.
• Proactive, self‑directed, and able to operate independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation & Benefits

• Full‑time salary range: $58,200 – $108,200 per year.

• Flexible work arrangements (onsite to remote options) may be available depending on business needs.
