Overview
Confidential Client (Sales) is seeking an entry-level Dental Sales Representative to cover the Derwood, MD territory. This is a field-based, territory sales role (NOT REMOTE). The position offers structured training, mentorship, and a clear path to grow a long-term career in healthcare/dental sales.

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with dentists, office managers, and dental teams across your Derwood territory
- Educate customers on dental products, services, and clinical value
- Identify new business opportunities and expand your customer base
- Deliver engaging product presentations and lunch-and-learn sessions
- Manage your sales pipeline and customer activity using CRM tools
- Work independently to meet territory goals and sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Customer-facing experience or a background in dental/healthcare is a plus
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a territory with minimal supervision
- Competitive attitude and eagerness to learn sales processes and products
