What You’ll Do

This Delivery Analyst, UX Design will create and deliver visual and interaction design artifacts that support digital products and services across the product lifecycle.

• Create visual design deliverables — mockups, wireframes, and prototypes — aligned to client brand standards, project goals, and user needs
• Collaborate with design leads and cross-functional teams to develop, present, and refine design concepts across UX and development workflows
• Support product lifecycle activities, including minimum viable product launches, feature releases, and maintenance updates
• Use AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, ideation, content development, and design iteration
• Work in a hybrid delivery model with periodic on-site collaboration and occasional overnight travel for client or project needs

What We’re Looking For (Required)

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years creating visual designs for web or mobile (mockups, wireframes, or prototypes)
• 1+ years using Figma and at least one other digital design/prototyping tool (Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.)
• 1+ years using design systems for enterprise digital experiences
• 1+ years applying user‑centered design principles to web or mobile product design
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to lead projects or workstreams and provide clear guidance to others
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
• Delivery center & travel requirements:
  • Operate under a hybrid work model requiring residence within a commutable distance to a US Delivery Center (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg)
  • Up to 30% of time co-located at an assigned office for team activities, training, and project needs
  • Up to 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
  • If relocation is required, complete the move within 12 weeks of start date to reside within a commutable distance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting federal, state, local government, or public higher education clients
• Experience with MVPs, feature releases, or maintenance updates
• Experience collaborating with developers, business analysts, and project managers across the product lifecycle
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate design workflows
• Mobile app design experience (iOS / Android; Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines)
• Experience with motion design tools (Adobe After Effects, Principle, Framer)
