What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring a Delivery Analyst (Software Engineering Solutions) to support its Government & Public Services delivery center. This entry-level role helps design, develop, and maintain software solutions that support project delivery teams. You will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, work closely with cross-functional teams, and help produce scalable, client-focused solutions using modern engineering and cloud practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software components and integrations to support delivery center projects.
  • Support the full software development lifecycle: requirements, design, implementation, CI/CD, testing, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and delivery leads to translate requirements into working solutions.
  • Apply cloud engineering, automation, and operations best practices to improve reliability and scalability.
  • Produce clean, well-documented code and technical artifacts; participate in code reviews.
  • Troubleshoot defects and provide timely fixes; contribute to release activities and deployment automation.
  • Support project-level reporting and documentation to help delivery teams meet milestones and SLAs.

Qualifications (Required)

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university and expected to graduate by Summer 2027, or hold a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related program.
  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at time of employment.
  • Must reside within a commutable distance (example: ~100-mile radius) of the assigned delivery office and be able to commute daily if required.
  • Willingness to co-locate in the designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time; may include up to 10% overnight client/project travel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within diverse teams.
  • Attention to detail and a professional demeanor; ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cumulative GPA 3.2 or higher.
  • Internship, project, or coursework experience in software engineering, computer science, cloud engineering, or related technical areas.
  • Familiarity with modern development tools, version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.

Compensation & Work Type

  • Employment type: Full-time.
  • This is an entry-level, permanent opportunity intended for early-career candidates.
  • Reasonable estimated salary range for this role: $70,000 to $73,000 per year. This range is an estimate and may be adjusted based on skills, experience, certifications, and other business factors.
