Overview
This is an entry-level Delivery Analyst role (Risk Analytics Solutions) supporting a Government & Public Services practice. The role is based in Gilbert, AZ and focuses on applying data management and analytics to help clients solve business challenges, mitigate risk, and support transformation efforts. What You’ll Do
- Support solution implementation, maintenance, and client delivery activities for risk analytics engagements.
- Collect, process, and analyze data to surface actionable insights that drive innovation, regulatory compliance, and better decision-making.
- Contribute to development of analytic deliverables, documentation, and presentations for clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teammates and stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver client value.
- Support workstreams, lead smaller projects or substreams when needed, and provide clear guidance to peers.
- Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Who We’re Looking For (Required)
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university with expected graduation by Summer 2027, or possession of a bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Analytics, Applied Math, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Information Systems, Statistics, or a closely related field.
- Strong academic track record (minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Reside within a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) of the assigned office and be able to commute daily if required.
- Expectation to co-locate in the designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time; may include up to 10% overnight client/project travel.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher preferred.
- Internship, project, or coursework experience in accounting, analytics, applied math, business, computer science, data science, finance, information systems, or statistics.
- Evidence of leadership or experience leading projects or workstreams.

Compensation
- Estimated salary range: $70,000 to $73,000 per year (reasonable estimate; final offers depend on skills, experience, and other factors).
- The posted salary range is provided to support pay transparency; actual compensation will be determined based on candidate experience and business needs.
Location & Travel
- Office location: Gilbert, AZ.
- Must live within a commutable distance of the assigned office (approx. 100-mile radius).
- Up to 30% co-location in designated Delivery location; up to 10% overnight client/project travel may be required.
