What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring a Delivery Analyst — Tech Package Solutions to support implementation, deployment, and ongoing support of enterprise software packages. This is an entry-level delivery role within an IT practice that partners with government and public services clients to deliver mission-focused modernization and transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle for enterprise software packages: requirements, technical design, development support, testing coordination, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Apply standardized delivery approaches and tooling to drive consistent, high-quality implementations.
- Troubleshoot package-specific issues and coordinate fixes or configuration updates with technical teams.
- Support testing activities (unit, integration, user acceptance) and help ensure release quality.
- Assist in deployment planning and execution, including cutover activities and rollback planning.
- Prepare clear documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-transfer artifacts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical leads, QA, PMs, client stakeholders) to meet milestones and deliver business value.
- Escalate risks and issues promptly and support remediation efforts.
- Provide guidance to junior team members and / or peers as needed.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (must be enrolled in an accredited college/university and expected to graduate by Summer 2027, or hold a bachelor’s or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Technology Management, Data Analytics, Systems Engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong academic record (minimum cumulative GPA 3.0).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on a team.
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality-oriented delivery mindset.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old at the time of employment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance (as required by client engagements).
- Must reside within a commutable distance (e.g., ~100-mile radius) of the assigned office and be able to commute daily if required.
- Expectation to co-locate in the designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time; may include up to 10% overnight client/project travel.
Preferred
- Cumulative GPA 3.2+ preferred.
- Internship, project, or coursework experience in software development, systems integration, package implementation, data analytics, or related areas.
- Exposure to enterprise software packages and implementation lifecycles.

Compensation & Location
- Salary range (good-faith estimate from the source posting): $70,000 — $73,000 per year.
- Location: Lake Mary, FL. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the Lake Mary delivery office and able to co-locate up to ~30% as needed.
