Overview
Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Delivery Analyst focused on AI & Data Engineering Solutions for its US Delivery Center. This role supports Government & Public Services engagements from a delivery center in Gilbert, AZ, helping design, build, and maintain scalable data systems that enable data-driven decision-making and automation.
What You’ll Do
- Support design, development, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and platforms from the delivery center
- Convert raw data into reusable, high-quality datasets and automated workflows
- Assist with integration across cloud and on-prem platforms, data ingestion, transformation, and quality controls
- Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and operational playbooks for delivered solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineers, analysts, product owners, security) to deliver client objectives
- Participate in solution testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure reliability at scale
- Help automate repetitive tasks and improve delivery efficiency using scripting and platform tools
- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to project leads and stakeholders
Who You Are / Required Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university expected to graduate by Summer 2027, or hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, or an equivalent program
- 3.0 cumulative GPA required (3.2 preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality in deliverables
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable leading small projects or workstreams and providing clear guidance to teammates
- Reside within a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) of the assigned Gilbert, AZ delivery location and able to commute daily if required
- Willingness to co-locate in the designated Delivery location up to ~30% of the time; may include up to ~10% overnight client/project travel
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
Preferred Experience
- Internship, project, or coursework experience in computer science, machine learning, or data engineering
- Familiarity with data pipeline tools, cloud platforms, SQL, Python, or similar technologies
- Exposure to data quality frameworks, ETL/ELT patterns, and version control (Git)

Compensation & Logistics
- This is a full-time, permanent position based in Gilbert, AZ (US).
- A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this role is $70,000 to $73,000 per year. This range is provided by Confidential Client and may be adjusted based on skills, experience, and other factors.
- Recruiting for this role is open through 2026-10-25. Start dates will depend on business needs and candidate availability.
