What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring Delivery Analysts for Creative Design Solutions to support client-facing delivery in the Government & Public Services practice. This entry-level role focuses on helping plan and execute creative, marketing, and motion design deliverables while learning structured delivery practices.
- Support end-to-end planning and execution for digital marketing campaigns, including performance reporting, content calendars, and paid/social analytics.
- Produce motion design and animation assets—storyboards, animatics, style frames, and finished motion/video pieces—that follow brand and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and delivery teams to define scope, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and meet deadlines.
- Translate audience insights and campaign objectives into measurable deliverables and reports.
- Apply structured delivery practices to ensure quality, on-time execution across workstreams.
Knowledge Areas (role tracks)
The team is recruiting for two Creative Design specializations. Candidates should indicate which track they are applying for.
Digital Marketing
- Execute budget plans, channel strategies, and content calendars.
- Create and maintain performance reports using analytics and social insights.
- Support paid media execution and campaign measurement.
Motion Designer
- Create storyboards, animatics, style frames, and finished motion/video content.
- Use motion tools to produce polished, on-brand visual storytelling for campaigns and digital experiences.
- Apply accessibility and brand guidelines and iterate from stakeholder feedback.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must meet all required criteria below:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university expected to graduate by Summer 2027, or hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in a related program:
- Digital Marketing track: Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Media Studies or similar
- Motion Designer track: Motion Design, Digital Animation, Film/Video Production or similar
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
- If applying to Motion Designer track, submit a design portfolio with motion or animation examples upon application
- Reside within a commutable distance (e.g., ~100-mile radius) of the assigned office with ability to commute daily if required
- Willingness to co-locate at the designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time; may include up to 10% overnight client/project travel
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at time of employment
Preferred Qualifications
- 3.2 cumulative GPA preferred
- Internship, project, or coursework experience in Motion Design, Animation, Digital Media, Film/Video Production, Visual Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or Analytics
- Motion Designer: experience with Adobe After Effects, Animate, Premiere, Character Animator, or similar tools
- Digital Marketing: familiarity with Google Analytics, social media management platforms, social listening tools, or related digital reporting platforms
- Ability to translate creative briefs or campaign objectives into clear deliverables

Within the US Delivery Center, Delivery Analysts join structured teams that provide hands-on opportunities to develop consulting and delivery skills across client engagements. This role is ideal for candidates beginning a career in creative delivery, digital marketing, or motion design.
Compensation & Recruiting Timeline
- Estimated salary range (provided by the source): $70,000 to $73,000 per year.
