What You’ll Do

• Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of data solutions that power analytics and business intelligence.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility to enable accurate insights and automated analytics processes.
• Collaborate with consulting and delivery teams to translate client requirements into technical solutions and reports.
• Contribute to solution testing, documentation, and ongoing support activities.
• Learn and apply tools and best practices for data management, ETL, reporting, and analytics automation.
• Communicate findings and technical details clearly to team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities & Typical Activities

• Design and support ETL/data integration processes to consolidate data for analytics.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models that surface actionable insights.
• Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot data issues across systems.
• Automate routine analytics workflows where appropriate.
• Support project workstreams and, when assigned, lead small tasks or workstreams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused outcomes on schedule.

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university with expected graduation by Summer 2027, or a completed bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a closely related field.
• Minimum cumulative GPA: 3.0.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment.
• Reside within a commutable distance (e.g., ~100-mile radius) of the assigned office with ability to commute daily if required.
• Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time (may include up to 10% overnight client/project travel).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to quality of deliverables.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher preferred.
• Internship, project, or coursework experience in business analytics, data science, computer science, machine learning, statistics, or related areas.
• Familiarity with BI tools, data modeling, SQL, and basic scripting/automation concepts (preferred but not required).

The Government & Public Services practice helps public-sector organizations modernize operations, improve performance, and deliver mission-focused transformation. The US Delivery Center provides specialized delivery capabilities and a collaborative environment to develop technical and consulting skills while contributing to meaningful public-sector outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits

The disclosed estimate for this role is $70,000 to $73,000 per year. The final offer will reflect experience, skills, and other relevant factors. Benefits and additional compensation details will be provided by Confidential Client during the hiring process.
