What You’ll Do
This contract, onsite role supports a dealer-facing experience team for a confidential client in the transportation/commercial vehicle space. You will manage web-based dealer cases and process orders from creation through fulfillment using Salesforce, Outlook, and internal systems. Strong written communication and attention to detail are essential.
- Process and enter dealer orders received through Salesforce web cases.
- Manage dealer orders across the entire order lifecycle and keep records current.
- Provide timely, professional email updates to dealers about order status, shipping/tracking, lead times, availability, pricing and product programs.
- Research and resolve shipment issues, expedited and special-order requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to find accurate, timely solutions.
- Negotiate vendor lead times and availability based on dealer needs and urgency.
- Document case activity and next steps in Salesforce and other internal systems.
- Follow established processes, procedures and system requirements; participate in special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience with issue resolution and case or ticket handling.
- Strong written communication and professional email skills.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and ability to resolve complex, unscripted situations.
- High computer proficiency; able to navigate multiple applications at once (Salesforce and Outlook experience a plus).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to learn complex systems and workflows quickly and work independently in a structured environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct Salesforce experience.
- Order management, order processing or customer operations experience.
- Experience in ticketing/case management or high-volume email-based support.
- Background in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, transportation, distribution, automotive, or dealer support.
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress.
Pay & Benefits
- Pay range: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour (hourly wage depends on qualifications and experience).
