What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is seeking a Deal Services Consulting Associate to support buy-side and sell-side due diligence. This is an entry-level to early-career role focused on financial and transactional analysis.
- Supports buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements
- Performs financial and data analysis under supervision
- Assists with preparation of schedules, working papers, and analyses
- Collaborates with engagement teams to help deliver client deliverables on time
- Communicates findings clearly, escalating key issues to senior staff
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 0–3 years of relevant experience (entry-level applicants are encouraged)
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial statements
- Attention to detail and intellectual curiosity
- Ability to work in a team and adapt during client engagements
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in accounting, audit, financial analysis, or transaction support roles
- Coursework or exposure to M&A, valuation, or financial modeling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Additional Role Expectations
- Travel: Up to 10–15% locally and nationally
- Scheduling: Flexibility required during project engagements and peak periods
- This is a full-time position
