What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking a Deal Services Consulting Associate to support buy-side and sell-side due diligence. This is an entry-level to early-career role focused on financial and transactional analysis.

  • Supports buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements
  • Performs financial and data analysis under supervision
  • Assists with preparation of schedules, working papers, and analyses
  • Collaborates with engagement teams to help deliver client deliverables on time
  • Communicates findings clearly, escalating key issues to senior staff

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience (entry-level applicants are encouraged)
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial statements
  • Attention to detail and intellectual curiosity
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt during client engagements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in accounting, audit, financial analysis, or transaction support roles
  • Coursework or exposure to M&A, valuation, or financial modeling
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Additional Role Expectations

  • Travel: Up to 10–15% locally and nationally
  • Scheduling: Flexibility required during project engagements and peak periods
  • This is a full-time position
