About the Opportunity
Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Deal Desk Specialist to support its Deal Desk team within the Sales organization. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, eager to learn sales operations, and ready to support cross-functional deal execution (sales, finance, legal). You will gain hands-on experience with deal processing, quotes, contracts, and CRM/CPQ tools while contributing to a fast-paced SaaS sales environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with processing sales requests and maintaining accurate deal documentation.
- Review basic sales quotes and proposals for completeness and accuracy.
- Support preparation and distribution of standard contract documents.
- Track and update deal progress in CRM and deal management systems.
- Help generate sales quotes using CPQ tools under supervision.
- Respond to routine inquiries about deal status and documentation.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and legal teams to gather information for approvals.
- Maintain organized, compliant deal files and assist in documenting deal desk processes.
- Support data integrity in systems such as Salesforce, Ironclad, and CPQ tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 0–2 years' experience in deal desk, sales operations, or a similar role (SaaS/technology preferred).
- Basic understanding of sales processes and contract administration.
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, Ironclad) and CPQ tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable coordinating with multiple teams.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a collaborative environment.
- English proficiency required.

- CPQ tools (quote/configuration experience a plus)
- Contract management platforms (e.g., Ironclad)
- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
- Basic understanding of SaaS subscription models and sales metrics
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Total Cash Compensation: $70,000 to $100,000 (actual pay depends on work location and qualifications).
