What You’ll Do

This Data Scientist role (United States) partners with business leaders to design and deliver AI-, ML- and analytics-driven solutions that accelerate growth, improve customer outcomes, and enable data-informed strategic decision-making. You will work across the full solution lifecycle — from ideation and proof-of-concept to production, adoption, and impact measurement.

• Accelerate AI-enabled decision-making by partnering with data governance, product, and engineering teams to leverage governed data assets, semantic layers, and LLM/AI technologies.
• Design and build heuristics, optimization models, and advanced analytics across customer, product, and operations domains.
• Translate qualitative and quantitative inputs into hypotheses, pilot proof-of-concepts, and scalable models that deliver measurable business value.
• Apply data science techniques to discover market trends, process improvements, and strategic opportunities; deliver actionable recommendations to leaders.
• Build and scale data pipelines and integrations that enhance enterprise data assets and support analytical workloads.
• Develop Python-based APIs and data products that integrate with enterprise systems and enable operational usage of analytics.
• Drive experimentation and causal learning via A/B tests, uplift modeling, and other measurement strategies to quantify impact.
• Create AI agents and natural-language interfaces that let business users query data and surface insights quickly.
• Present technical findings and strategic recommendations clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, influencing adoption and execution.

Qualifications

We encourage applicants across the United States. Candidates should demonstrate the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
• Typically 7+ years of progressive experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, or strategy-focused roles.
• Hands-on proficiency with Python and SQL and experience deploying data products and APIs.
• Practical experience with machine learning techniques, model development, model evaluation, and production deployment.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms, data engineering best practices, and scalable pipeline design.
• Experience with experimentation (A/B testing), causal inference, and measuring business impact from analytics.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including API development and productionization of models.
• Experience with AI/LLM technologies, building AI agents, or integrating natural-language interfaces is highly desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and the ability to translate analytics into business strategy.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
