What You’ll Do
This role is an entry-level Data Scientist position supporting business decisions through data analysis, predictive modeling, and collaboration with engineering teams to productionize models.
- Analyze raw datasets: assess quality, clean, and structure data for downstream processing
- Design accurate, scalable predictive algorithms and evaluate model performance
- Collaborate with engineering to turn analytical prototypes into production-ready solutions
- Translate model outputs into actionable insights that drive business improvements
- Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and participate in cross-functional problem solving
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a quantitative field: Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
- 1–2 years of experience in quantitative analytics, data modeling, or related roles
- Strong understanding of predictive modeling, machine learning, clustering and classification techniques
- Fluency in one or more programming languages: Python, C, C++, Java, SQL
- Familiarity with Big Data frameworks and visualization tools (examples in source: Cassandra, Hadoop, Spark, Tableau)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to ask the right questions and present results to non-technical stakeholders
