  • Deliver rapid, ad-hoc analytical requests and present findings to business stakeholders and executives
  • Provide mission-critical on-call support for production systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues with minimal operational impact
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure deployed solutions integrate with manufacturing and business systems

Required (minimum) qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or closely related field — equivalent foreign degrees accepted
  • One (1) year of relevant experience in roles such as Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or Data Engineering Specialist (entry-level)
  • At least one (1) year of hands-on experience with all of the following tools/technologies:
    • Python
    • SQL
    • Scikit-learn
    • XGBoost

    • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
    • Terraform
    • Docker
    • VBA
    • ODBC
  • Strong statistical reasoning and experience applying regression, Bayesian inference, and machine-learning forecasting techniques
  • Clear communication skills and ability to translate technical results into actionable business recommendations

Will also accept any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience.

Preferred skills (nice to have)

  • Familiarity with production ML deployment and monitoring best practices
  • Experience with large-scale automotive datasets or manufacturing operations data
  • Practical knowledge of model interpretability and feature engineering for business stakeholders
