What You’ll Do
Develop and deliver machine learning and analytics solutions that support government mission needs and large-scale data environments.
- Develop predictive models and perform advanced analytics to address complex government mission challenges
- Build, refine, and validate machine learning solutions for large-scale, production environments
- Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation across structured and unstructured datasets
- Implement end-to-end data science workflows: data ingestion, transformation, modeling, and visualization
- Collaborate with government stakeholders to translate mission requirements into data-driven solutions
- Produce reproducible, well-documented analytical products that meet government standards and review processes
- Support government site analytics platforms and cloud/distributed compute systems
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into broader technical and operational architectures
What You’ll Need
Candidates must meet the security and on-site requirements for this government-facing role.
- Active Secret clearance
- Ability and authorization to work on site at a government facility in Washington, DC or Northern Virginia (McLean, VA primary work location)
- Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and machine learning
- Experience with modern data science libraries, e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy
- Proven experience working with large datasets: cleaning, transformation, and modeling
- Strong communication skills for presenting analytical insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience supporting government site analytics environments and formalized analytics workflows
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting both government site and contractor-site environments
- Familiarity with analytics workflows used in federal programs
- Experience with data visualization tools or platforms
- Background in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related quantitative fields
Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $98,000–$163,000. Actual compensation depends on factors such as skills, experience, security clearance level, and location. This range is provided to comply with applicable pay-transparency requirements.

Location & Clearance
This role requires the ability to work on site at a government facility in the Washington, DC / Northern Virginia area (McLean, VA). Candidates must hold an active Secret clearance and be eligible to access government facilities. Travel: up to ~10% as required by project needs.
