What You’ll Do

• Contribute to end-to-end data science projects that improve product performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Translate business questions into analytical approaches with clear metrics and success criteria.
• Develop, test, and validate machine learning and statistical models (regression, classification, clustering, time-series).
• Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, model evaluation, and documentation following best practices.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to support deployment and monitoring of models in production.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuously learn and apply new data science and machine learning techniques relevant to our client’s products and business.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 for all degrees earned.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python or R and working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques: regression, classification, clustering, and time-series analysis.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future — Confidential Client will not sponsor employment visas for this position.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and written/verbal communication skills.

Desired / Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying models into production and monitoring model performance.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar).
• Experience working with IoT or sensor data.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and cross-functional collaboration.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay: $120,000 - $135,000 per year.
• Benefits typically include 401(k) match, health, dental, life insurance, paid time off (based on tenure), flexible spending accounts, and tuition reimbursement programs.
• Generous relocation support is available to help make your transition as seamless as possible.

• This role is based in Brockton, MA. Relocation assistance is offered.
