What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and validate predictive models and machine learning solutions to support business decisions.
- Explore, clean, and transform data from multiple sources; develop reproducible analysis pipelines.
- Translate business questions into data-driven approaches and clearly communicate results to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to productionize models and maintain model performance.
- Monitor model performance and iterate on models to improve accuracy, robustness, and operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in applied data science, analytics, or related roles (or equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency with Python (or similar), and working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and common machine learning algorithms.
- Experience with data visualization and communicating technical results to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset, strong organization skills, and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and model deployment workflows.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools, version control (Git), and containerization (Docker).
- Experience working in Information Technology & Services or with web/enterprise datasets.
Location & Employment Type
- Location: Boardman, OR (onsite / local); candidates must be able to work in the listed location.
- Employment type: Full-time.
