Role Summary

Confidential Client is hiring for a Technology Trainee role on a Data Scientist: AI & ML track. This entry-level/full-time position is part of a Technology Trainee Program designed to develop future technology leaders by providing hands-on experience across data, analytics, engineering, cybersecurity, and infrastructure. You will work with cross-functional teams to apply data analysis, AI-enabled tools, and automation to deliver business value and improve operational performance.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business and technology challenges
• Contribute to design, development, implementation, operation, and support of technology solutions
• Analyze data to identify opportunities, trends, and improvement recommendations
• Apply AI-enabled tools and automation to drive efficiency, quality, and productivity
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, monitoring, and continuous improvement activities
• Communicate insights and results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Learn and apply technology standards, processes, and best practices
• Support secure, reliable, and compliant technology operations
• Demonstrate initiative, ownership, adaptability, and a growth mindset

Qualifications

• Current university student or recent graduate pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Analytics, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related technical discipline
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, or relevant project/internship experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Curiosity about AI, machine learning, data analytics, and automation
• Willingness to learn and build a long-term career in technology
