Program Overview
Confidential Client runs a one-year (or shorter) Data Management Job Training Program that combines classroom instruction with paid internships and career-placement support. The program is designed to prepare entry-level candidates for technical and operational roles by teaching practical skills and providing coaching, resume help, interviewing practice, and employer connections in the Greater Boston area.

Program Structure & Outcomes
- Classroom-led technical and professional training followed by an internship placement with regional partner organizations
- Internship participants receive an educational stipend of $525 per week during the internship phase
- Typical program length: up to 12 months; schedule is Monday–Friday
