What You’ll Do

You will review, annotate, and validate multimodal data to improve AI model performance. Typical day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Annotate, categorize, and validate large-scale multimodal datasets (text, images, spreadsheets, and structured documents) to project-specific guidelines.
• Review AI model outputs for factual accuracy, linguistic coherence, alignment with instructions, and correct formatting.
• Identify and document edge cases, ambiguous examples, and labeling inconsistencies to improve taxonomies and instructions.
• Meet daily quality and throughput targets while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with project leads to ask clarifying questions and suggest improvements to labeling workflows.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, solid judgment, and experience with content review or data annotation:

• Proven experience in data annotation, content evaluation, quality assurance, or similar roles (preferred).
• Exceptional reading comprehension, analytical ability, and pattern recognition skills.
• Native or professional-level English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Comfortable working with detailed guidelines and making consistent decisions at scale.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office workspace.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily throughput/quality expectations.

Contract Details & Eligibility

• Employment type: Contract / Full-Time (Associate level).
• Location: Remote — applications accepted only from candidates currently residing in and authorized to work in the United States or Canada. Submissions from other regions will be filtered out.
