Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable, reliable data pipelines and integration workflows using modern orchestration tools, low-code platforms, and custom scripting across on-prem and cloud systems.
• Ingest, transform, and stage structured and semi-structured data into enterprise data repositories; write, troubleshoot, and optimize SQL queries, views, and stored procedures.
• Implement data quality checks, alerts, logging, and monitoring; collaborate with Data Analysts and SAP Analysts to validate datasets and ensure accurate delivery.
• Document data sources, pipeline logic, and transformations in shared repositories; manage code with team-based source control and code review practices.
• Participate in agile rituals (standups, sprint planning), support on-call rotations, respond to data support tickets, and recommend process or technology improvements.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
• 1–3 years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or data integration roles.
• Practical experience building or maintaining data pipelines using orchestration tools and/or custom scripting.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases, writing and tuning SQL, and exposure to cloud-based data environments and source control workflows.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Working knowledge of modern data orchestration and workflow automation tools; comfortable building pipelines with low-code platforms and custom code.
• Solid understanding of relational databases with the ability to write and debug T-SQL or PL/SQL; familiarity with cloud data engineering concepts a plus.
• Experience with data integration techniques (FTP/SFTP, API ingestion, data staging), source control, and deployment automation.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on data accuracy, observability, and clear documentation.
• Effective verbal and written communication; self-motivated, team-oriented, and aligned with organizational values.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $89,102 - $105,808 annually (dependent on experience).

Location & Work Model

• Hybrid position based in Glendale, CO. This role requires regular on-site collaboration at the local office; no relocation assistance will be provided.
