What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking a hands-on Data Center Supervisor to lead production associates on the E (evening) shift. You will ensure safe, efficient handling of freight and materials, and supervise the assembly and installation of server racks and related components.

  • Oversee daily shift operations for loading/unloading, material handling, and rack assembly
  • Coordinate cycle counts, inventory replenishments, and material returns
  • Monitor production areas for accuracy, housekeeping, and compliance with procedures
  • Mentor and advise associates; assist with training and on-the-floor tasks as needed
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and safety
  • Maintain service level agreements and use internal systems/dashboards to track performance
  • Enforce safety policies and ensure appropriate PPE and safe work practices are used

What We’re Looking For

  • Entry-level leadership experience (typically 3–6 years in material handling operations preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Solid interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced logistics or warehouse environment
  • Comfortable using multiple systems and dashboards to manage operations and inventory

Schedule & Location

  • Location: Lancaster, OH (on-site) — 35 Technology Pl
  • Shift: E shift (Thurs–Sat) 6:30 PM – 4:30 AM (schedule subject to change by the client)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Expected base pay range: $70,000 – $75,000 per year. Actual compensation determined by experience, skills, education, certifications, and location in accordance with applicable law and client policy.
  • Benefits information varies by location and division and will be provided by the confidential client.

  • Must be able to pass federal/state/local government, airport, or company-required background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests
