What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring a Data Center Supervisor (C shift, M–TH 8:00pm–6:30am) to lead and oversee production associates in a fast-paced logistics and data-center environment. This frontline supervisory role focuses on freight handling, inventory accuracy, material movement, and the assembly/installation of server racks and components.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise, coach and schedule production associates working on C shift.
- Oversee loading/unloading of freight and movement of materials through the facility.
- Manage cycle counts, inventory replenishments and material returns to maintain accuracy.
- Coordinate assembly and installation of server racks and related hardware.
- Monitor performance, quality, safety compliance and adherence to site procedures.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and recommend procedural improvements to increase safety and efficiency.
- Perform and assist in hands-on tasks as needed to meet service-level agreements.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (per source).
- Typically 3–6 years’ experience in material handling or warehouse operations preferred.
- Entry-level leadership experience with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Ability to pass federal/state/local background checks, clearances, and any required drug/alcohol tests.
- Able to work the assigned C shift schedule (M–TH 8:00pm–6:30am) and perform essential physical duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred skills:
- Inventory control and cycle count experience.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and multiple internal/external systems/dashboards.
- Knowledge of safe material handling, forklift operations (if applicable), and OSHA/basic safety protocols.
- Experience overseeing server-rack assembly or working around data-center equipment is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
- Expected base pay range: $70,000 – $75,000 per year. Actual pay will reflect experience, skills, location and applicable law.
