What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is seeking a Data Analyst to support large utility infrastructure programs. You will partner with project and program teams to design, build, and maintain reporting solutions that provide visibility into program and project performance.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Build recurring project reporting packages and automated dashboards.
- Analyze project performance metrics, trends, and forecasts to inform decision-making.
- Perform data validation, quality reviews, and integrity checks.
- Monitor and report on key project performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support compliance, governance, and operational reporting requirements.
- Work directly with project managers and business leaders to gather requirements.
- Present data-driven insights and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of data analytics experience.
- 3–5 years of Power BI development and dashboarding experience.
- Demonstrated experience building Power BI dashboards from scratch.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Solid understanding of data visualization best practices and data storytelling.
- Experience in utility, engineering, construction, or infrastructure environments preferred.
- Experience supporting project-based organizations and program reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting utility infrastructure programs.
- Advanced dashboard design and data storytelling capabilities.
- Experience with project performance reporting and forecasting.
- Familiarity with compliance and operational reporting.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements-gathering skills.
Schedule & Contract Details
- Location: Westwood, MA (onsite)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Duration: 1-year contract
- Seniority level: Associate

Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay range: $44.66/hr – $55.83/hr (range provided by Confidential Client; exact pay depends on experience).
- Benefits (as applicable): medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) eligibility after 90 days; paid sick leave and other paid time off per applicable law.
