About the Role

Our confidential client is hiring a Data Analyst to work with healthcare datasets, produce reports, and support data-quality and process-improvement initiatives. You will write and maintain SQL, use AI-assisted coding tools to streamline analysis, and deliver insights to internal stakeholders.

• Location: Washington, Washington, D.C.
• Pay: $35–$50 / hour
• Employment Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do

• Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Write, maintain, and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data
• Work with large and complex datasets to ensure accuracy and data quality
• Use AI-assisted coding tools to help write, review, and improve code and analyses
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support operational and business decisions
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver data solutions
• Troubleshoot data issues and document processes, queries, and analysis
• Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests as needed

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years working with healthcare data
• Strong SQL skills and experience querying large datasets
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools or AI platforms to support development or data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and experience ensuring data quality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with common healthcare data models and standards
• Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field

Compensation & Working Conditions

• Hourly rate: $35.00 – $50.00 (USD)
