What You’ll Do

  • Acquire, clean, and integrate data from internal and external sources to support reporting and analysis
  • Build and deliver regular reports and ad-hoc analyses for internal teams and external clients
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends using statistical techniques
  • Translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders
  • Support improvements to data collection and reporting processes to increase accuracy and efficiency
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to data analysis and business intelligence

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline
  • Minimum 2 years’ professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist
  • Proficiency with query languages such as SQL
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results on time
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting findings to non-technical audiences
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts is a plus
  • This is an on-site position in Upper Dublin Township, PA. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Skills & Tools

  • Hands-on experience writing complex SQL queries for analysis and reporting
  • Experience producing reports and dashboards for business users
  • Familiarity with statistical methods and data visualization best practices
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and extending hours as needed to meet deadlines
